Shall the City of Rochester allow the operation of sports book retail locations within the city?
What a YES vote means:
In accordance with §275-2.1 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance, this would allow for in-person sports betting only within an established Charitable Gaming Facility. In accordance with Table 18 of the City's Zoning Ordinance, Charitable Gaming Facilities are only allowed by right in the city within the Highway Commercial District Zone and by Special Exception within the Granite Ridge Development Zone.
What a NO vote means:
In-person sports betting would not be allowed in the city.
